Delete your SlabPal account

You can permanently delete your SlabPal account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

  1. Open SlabPal and sign in.
  2. Go to Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm with a fresh sign-in code and type DELETE.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: by email

Email support@slabpal.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account and email address
  • Your profile, saved listings and collection entries
  • Your watches, alert inbox and push notification tokens

Purchases you made on eBay, Collector Crypt or other marketplaces are held by those marketplaces, not SlabPal. Contact them to manage that data. Routine backups that may contain deleted data are overwritten on their normal schedule.
