Frequently asked questions
Does SlabPal sell cards?
No. SlabPal shows listings from marketplaces. When you tap a listing, it opens on that marketplace, and the purchase, payment, shipping and returns are handled there.
Are the grades verified?
Grades on eBay listings come from the seller’s title and are shown as seller claims. Collector Crypt publishes grading fields for its listings. Always check the certificate with the grading company before you buy.
How do watches and alerts work?
Choose a card (or a whole set), a grader and grade, and optional price limits. SlabPal checks watched cards throughout the day and adds matches to your in-app inbox. If you allow notifications, you also get a push alert. Alerts are fast but can’t guarantee catching every listing.
Why don’t I get notifications?
Check that notifications are allowed for SlabPal in your phone’s settings and that the watch is set to “Push + inbox”. Matches always appear in the in-app inbox either way.
Are Collector Crypt prices in dollars?
Collector Crypt prices are in USDC and are shown that way. For price limits, SlabPal treats 1 USDC as US$1.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Account → Delete account. You can also request deletion on the web.
