What SlabPal is

SlabPal helps you discover graded trading-card listings from third-party marketplaces and set alerts for cards you want. SlabPal is not a marketplace, broker or seller. We don’t own, inspect or sell the items shown, and we are not a party to any purchase.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a contract where you live, to create an account. Keep access to your email secure, because it’s how you sign in. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Listings, prices and purchases

• Listing information (titles, photos, prices, grades, availability) comes from marketplaces and sellers and may be inaccurate, delayed or out of date.
• Grades in seller titles are claims, not verification. Always confirm certificates with the grading company.
• Purchases, payments, shipping, returns and disputes are handled by the marketplace and seller under their terms.
• Prices in other currencies, such as USDC, are shown as listed; conversions are approximate.
• Some links are affiliate links, and SlabPal may earn a commission.

Alerts and estimates

Watches and notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. We don’t guarantee that every listing will be found, or that alerts will arrive at a particular time. Any estimated values are informational only, not appraisals, offers or financial advice.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse SlabPal. That includes scraping or bulk-downloading the service, interfering with its operation, circumventing rate limits, reverse-engineering it except where the law allows, or using it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

SlabPal’s app, design and software belong to SlabPal. Marketplace content belongs to its owners. Card names and images may be trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners; SlabPal is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Disclaimers

SlabPal is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SlabPal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from purchases made on third-party marketplaces. Our total liability for any claim relating to SlabPal is limited to US$100.

Ending your use

You can stop using SlabPal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse or where required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Hillsborough County, Florida have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post changes here and update the date above. Continuing to use SlabPal after a change means you accept it.
